Our certified refurbished mattresses are thoroughly checked over by our quality control team. Before they're even refurbished, the team makes sure each mattress complies with our quality standards. They’re then cleaned right to the very core to remove any bacteria. A brand new super soft outer cover is popped on, and finally the mattress is rolled into a box ready to go to a new home.

the cover

The cover is made with a deep quilted fabric that’s comfy and long lasting. But there’s more to it than that. We treated it with Purotex+, a nifty technology certified by Allergy UK that reduces dust mites and other nasties by up to 96.6%. Better yet, it’s made from 100% natural ingredients. So you can enjoy an allergy-free and utterly restful kip. Additionally have also added Adaptive® a fabric treatment to help regulate temperature when you sleep and support moisture wicking an innovation resulting in a cool, dry, comfortable sleep

the latex layer

We love latex. It’s plant-based. Hypoallergenic. And quick to adapt. Which means as you slumber, it wastes no time in moulding to your body, relieving any pressure on your bony bits and helping to keep your spine aligned (note: very important).

the pressure-relieving memory foam

You’ll find 30mm of our award-winning memory foam which is 5 times more breathable than standard memory foam thanks to its open cell structure. We even took it up a notch with 7 drill zones. These are brilliant little holes that allow the foam to adapt to your body and encourage the flow of air, keeping temps down and moisture away. Thank us later.

the dual spring system

Because 1 set of springs wasn’t enough. We added a whopping 2,000 extra springs which are a combo of pocket springs (tall ones) and micro pocket springs (short ones). These are the definition of teamwork, supporting you all the way to happier, brighter mornings.

A firmer foam casing on one side makes sturdier and more supported kips possible alongside the firmer full height springs.

the reactive™spring system

The mattress is packed with 1,000 full height springs that are softer at one end and firmer at the other. Which is how it has a different comfort level on each side. Better yet, the springs are wrapped in breathable fabric pockets which help prevent wobbles when you turn over (a major win for those sharing a bed).
