200-night trial

The best way to get to know your mattress is to spend quite a few winks on it. So we’re giving you a whopping 200 nights to make sure it’s a match made in sleepy heaven. If it’s not, simply return it and we’ll give you a refund. We’ll let our mattress trial page tell you more.

Simply fill out this form and we’ll organise a collection with our courier.

processing refunds

Your refund will be sent to the payment method you used to place your order once our warehouse has received, inspected and accepted your return.

For debit card, credit card, your refund should reach your account within 1-7 working days.

If you paid for a nominated day delivery slot, this additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

concerns with your new mattress?

If there’s fault with your mattress within your 200-night trial, simply fill out this form to get the quickest response from us. If there’s a fault with your mattress outside of this time period, use ourwarranty form. 

offers and discounts

If you used one of our offers or discounts, such as a free pillow, you’re still entitled to home trials on certain products.

If you don’t return the free products within their return policy, their price (at the time of your purchase) will be deducted from your refund. Any free products won’t be eligible for a return in exchange for a refund or any other form of compensation.
